Corky’s Ribs and BBQ

Enter Corky’s, the Memphis-based chain’s first restaurant north of the Mason-Dixon Line. Since early April, the restaurant within the Tropicana Casino has served up its famous loaded baked potatoes and world famous BBQ sandwiches and ribs.
