Wildwood Beach Boogie Sky Diving ~ NEW!

Spicer Avenue beach, Wildwood, 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. Skydiving is an exhilarating, empowering, and liberating “bucket list” experience. That is a well known fact for Skydive Cross Keys – a professional skydiving school and one of the largest skydiving facilities in the Northeast. And while skydiving is breathtaking any time, any place – many people strive to make it extra special by seeking out exotic locations for their experiences. First timers are welcome to sign up and fulfill their bucket list dream with some of the best views New Jersey has to offer, the Wildwoods. Here’s what the process would look like to a first time tandem jumper: ➢ Sign up online to reserve your time slot. Due to the unique nature of this event, we are strictly limited to 50 slots total across 3 days. ➢ Arrive to our check in tent on Wildwood beach near Spicer Ave. ➢ A certified and highly experienced tandem instructor will provide a 15-minute training session and gear you up for your jump. ➢ Board a shuttle at Spicer Ave with your instructor and other skydivers for a 20-minute ride to Cape May Airport. ➢ At the airport, you will board our airplane for a 15-minute ride to 10,500 feet and enjoy the ocean views on your way to altitude. ➢ Once the airplane reaches jump altitude, you will jump out, securely attached to your instructor, and enjoy one of the most memorable experiences of your life! ➢ After approximately 45 seconds of freefall, your instructor will open your parachute and you will enjoy a serene 5-minute flight back to the beach. You will land right next to where you checked in for your jump – steps away from the boardwalk. *Walk in appointments may be available if slots remain. No prior skydiving experience is necessary. All jumpers must be at least 18 years old on the day of the jump. Jumpers must be in good health and weigh no more than 220 lbs.* Licensed skydivers will be landing on the beach from sunrise till sunset each day. Licensed skydiver slots are sold out at the moment. If you are a licensed skydiver, you can get on the waitlist for this event.. Minimum requirements for licensed jumpers are a USPA “C” license, and minimum 500 jumps experience for wingsuiters.
