Wedding of the Sea

Norte Dame de la Mer Parish cordially invites you to the vigil of the Assumption of Our Blessed Virgin Mary followed by the procession down to the beach and the Wedding of the Sea. The event is FREE and all are invited to participate. Come celebrate this feast ! Music and singing to begin at 4pm, please join our Parish Music Ministry and orchestra in melodious celebration. Our very own Bishop Sullivan will start mass at 4:30 at St. Ann Church, 2901 Atlantic Ave, Wildwood.  Immediately following the mass, all are invited to join the procession of Mary and her Mysteries of the Rosary through the streets of Wildwood, over the boardwalk and down to the ocean.  Beach transportation will be available for those in need.  At the water’s edge all will take witness to the Wedding of the Sea in which Bishop Sullivan will bless the ocean and all its inhabitants.   Holy water bottles will be available for purchase in the vestibule of St. Ann Church.  Please contact Jude Kelly, Judekellylovescandles@gmail.com, 609-972-9051 with any questions concerns, or interest in taking part of the celebration.
